Neuro-ophthalmology

Neuro-ophthalmology is the integration of neurology and ophthalmology, frequently managing complex systemic illnesses with visual manifestations. Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI) includes any visual impairment caused by damage to or breakdown of the retrochiasmatic visual pathways without harm to the primary visual pathways or any significant visual ailment. Vision problems are defined as a reduced ability to view things.
